Brussels Sprouts II

  • 1 pound Brussels sprouts
  • 4 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 2 tablespoons Light olive oil or vegetable oil
  • 1/2 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1/2 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Preheat oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit.

Wash the Brussels sprouts, remove the ends, and dry.

Whisk together all other ingredients, and coat Brussels sprouts with the dressing.

Put Brussels sprouts on a baking sheet. Place in oven for 30-40 minutes, tossing once or twice to cook the sprouts evenly.

Serves: 4-6
